HQ for Growing Change Management Firm

SDS accompanied Timmermann Partners in their quest for a new HQ in central Munich from  the very beginning all the way to moving day.

 

Numerous locations were considered and underwent feasibility studies  until the current location in  the desirable Munich Bogenhausen area was secured.

 

SDS worked closely with the company's owner and CEO to create a highly bespoke working environment for the growing firm that suits their unique needs. The space is designed around New Work principles allowing seamless transitions between working from home, the office, or whilst traveling. Rooms are designed to suit highly specific work tasks (i.e. quiet lone working, brain storming, informal discussions, large group meeting, workshops) but are flexible enough to maximise usability (movable accoustic partitions, furniture on wheels, cleverly devised power and AV system). The space is subdivided but fully prepared for future growth with premediated lay-out, construction, and infrastructure, whilst creating temporary additional income through a subletting tenancy.

 

The reflects their company values, and interprets the owner’s deep appreciation for the colorful, organic nature of designs by Friedensreich Hundertwasser, attention to detail that create a playful working environment  within a contemporary office environment.
