The young owners desired a contemporary family home that felt modern, clean, and capitalized on the private south facing garden area without feeling cold.

Their love of cooking and eating with friends and as a family dictated the ground floor lay-out which was designed around the kitchen, dining area, and terrace.

 

Our design ensured that the rooms function to make most sense for how this young family with their small children would use them now and in the future. Finishes were selected to be clean and used as a backdrop for the family's evolving art and furniture collection.

 

It is a beautiful, light filled home to be lived in, not tiptoed round.
