Coal Office restaurant is a collaboration between Michelin Star rated chef Assaf Granit and  Tom Dixon. The restaurant is a laboratory for new ideas in flavor, design, comfort, and interiors with food being served across its three floors designed to with deliberately distinctive characters.

SDS’ founder was in  charge of leading the complex fit-out coordinating  a vast international team. Close collaboration with Assaf, Tom, the design team, and numerous brand partners supplying materials for the project, and the contractor ensured the successful completion of the innovative and highly acclaimed restaurant.
